Welcome to Seven Seas!

Our  Basic Sail course allows you to learn all you need to know to get out and enjoy our Great Lakes by sail.  The total cost of our beginners program is only $299.00 per person, or $499.00 per pair (friend, family member, whatever) and is designed to be flexible enough for even the busiest of schedules.

Course Description:

• You will receive two 2-hour classroom sessions, one 2-hour dockside (where you raise and lower the sails, learn the parts of the boat, and motor in and out of the dock), plus between three and four 2-hour on-the-water lessons with an instructor.
• If you need ANY more classroom, dockside sessions, or on-the-water sessions with an instructor, we are here to help you at No Extra Charge.  You will learn to sail, guaranteed!

Class Schedule:

• Our flexibility to meet your busy schedule is unsurpassed. New Basic Sail Classes start each week, beginning in May.
• For classroom sessions, you have a choice of either Thursday evenings( 7-9 PM) or Saturday afternoons (1-3 PM).
• For on-water lessons, we can schedule an appointment for you based on your availability. We are open seven days a week, so pick the next day you want to sail each time you come to Seven Seas.

Once graduated, you may rent our boats inexpensively. You can even buy a boat if you like. You will be a valued addition to our Western New York sail scene. Hopefully, you'll stay with us and continue to enjoy our Friday Night sail parties, Women's sail nights and Friends and Family sail days.
